Our Apprenticeship
Here at Tharsus we’re looking for apprentices who want to make technology that matters.
At Tharsus we’re dedicated to growing and nurturing talent to become our future leaders. Our apprenticeship programme is key to this.
Our level 3 advanced apprenticeship is based over 4 years. Our training provider comes onsite to deliver training for one week every month, these intensive weeks are separated by time to allow you to put your new theoretical knowledge into practice out on our shop floor.
During your 1st year you will rotate around the different cells on the shop floor gaining a thorough understanding for our customers’ products and building your skills and knowledge. After this you will start working on specific projects, taking on different roles and challenges.
Our apprentices are paid above the national minimum wage and receive frequent reviews to ensure you are rewarded for your hard work and academic achievements.
As you continue your academic journey and career with us you will be involved in more key projects and roles, working with multi-disciplinary teams.
