Innovation Forum visit to Tharsus

Today, Tharsus were hosts to the innovative colleagues of Design Network North. Design Network North, established 11 years ago, is a collection of individuals and businesses, concerned with harnessing the value in design and applying it to their company. Members of the network are from all different industry backgrounds, but all with the interest of design and innovation.

Tharsus Group storms into the Top 200 Business Awards for 2019

Tharsus welcomes work experience students from Bede Academy

This week we have had some special visitors coming through our doors. We’ve had four Year 11 students at GCSE level coming from Bede Academy in Blyth, who are all very interested in our apprenticeship and graduate opportunities here at Tharsus. They are currently studying electrical and civil engineering and are looking to join either our apprentice or graduate schemes in the future.

Last night’s TMMX awards ceremony saw our Pilot Manufacturing Manager Calvin Wakeford winning the Young Manufacturer category. This follows Tharsus being named Most Progressive SME at last year’s awards.

A visit by Newcastle University engineering students
