Tharsus welcomes work experience students from Bede Academy
This week we have had some special visitors coming through our doors. We’ve had four Year 11 students at GCSE level coming from Bede Academy in Blyth, who are all very interested in our apprenticeship and graduate opportunities here at Tharsus. They are currently studying electrical and civil engineering and are looking to join either our apprentice or graduate schemes in the future.

More recognition for Tharsus in UK’s most prestigious manufacturing awards
Last night’s TMMX awards ceremony saw our Pilot Manufacturing Manager Calvin Wakeford winning the Young Manufacturer category. This follows Tharsus being named Most Progressive SME at last year’s awards.

A visit by Newcastle University engineering students
We loved having some Newcastle University mechanical engineering students visit us here at Tharsus today. We had the opportunity to give them a quick tour of the factory so they were able to see what we work on and answer any questions they may have about Tharsus and the industry in general.

Tharsus in Sunday Times list of fastest growing tech companies
The Sunday Times released the top 100 fastest growing tech companies in the Tech Track 100. We are included in the ranking at #79. This came following our sales growth of 85% from the previous year, and 61% over the past 3 years.
