Andrew Elwick joins industry leaders at cenex expo 2025 scale-up panel to discuss bridging the 'valley of death' for UK innovators.
Tharsus’ Electrification lead, Andrew Elwick, will participate in a Cenex Expo 2025 scale-up panel discussion on Thursday, 4th September 2025, sharing crucial insights on scaling innovative businesses in the UK’s electrification and low-carbon vehicle sectors.
The panel, titled “Learning from the experts: How to scale your business?”, will take place at 2 PM in Hall 3 Vehicle Engineering Tech Talk area, bringing together expertise from across the product development and manufacturing ecosystem.

Addressing the UK’s scale-up challenge
The discussion will tackle a critical issue facing the UK industry. While the nation excels at innovation, SMEs often struggle to scale up and bridge the notorious ‘valley of death’ between prototype and production.
