Picture this: a key team leader reassigned to a different project leaving a void in responsibilities. Who offers to step in without hesitation? John Matthews. Offering to cover critical team leader duties, he seamlessly navigated through the challenges that came his way.
From tackling stock issues with the Supply Chain team to collaborating on process glitches within the Manufacturing Operations and Quality Assurance teams, John didn’t just meet expectations; he exceeded them with finesse.

But his contributions didn’t stop there. John dove into the nitty-gritty of manufacturing team training, delving into the intricacies of our skills matrix and leading timing study activities. These endeavours weren’t just about getting the project into production; they were about setting a standard of excellence.
Where every SOP is scrutinized and every minute of manufacturing optimized, John brought this to life through his dedication to COI process improvements. With John at the helm, efficiency became the name of the game.
Yet, what truly sets John apart is his unwavering commitment to going above and beyond. From the day-to-day running of the cell to raising stoppage issues and championing quality enhancements, he’s been a beacon of reliability.
