Rod Joined Tharsus in 2020 after over 20 years in business excellence and quality management roles with global organisations in sectors from automotive to marketing services. This includes five years based in Paris, in senior management roles with oil and energy giant Technip.
Here he leads the team which ensures quality across our complete customer delivery process. From onboarding right through to product validation and testing, they ensure our quality assurance processes are robust and support the stringent requirements typical of first of kind products.
