Isabela joined Tharsus in 2017 as a Quality Engineer, progressing to Lead Quality Engineer, Business Excellence Manager and now as Head of QHSE for Tharsus Group.
Isabela’s team champions, supports, co-ordinates and advises Tharsus Group on all aspects of quality, health and safety, environmental and business excellence activities to ensure Tharsus and Universal Wolf establish, monitor and deploy QHSE standards that are aligned to strategy.
Prior to Tharsus, Isabela spent eight years in quality assurance and technician roles in large pharmaceutical, automotive and electronics businesses in her native Brazil.
